David Henry has over 35 years’ experience working as a property adviser, director, and business manager in local government, economic consultancy, and in an international firm of property consultants. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

David has a particular expertise in the co-ordination of complex strategic projects.

He is a past Chair of the RICS Planning Policy Panel, which provided  him with direct access to Governments, and regularly presented evidence to Parliamentary Committees.

He was also an adviser to the Cambridge Colleges Bursars Environment and Planning Sub Committee, and an Expert Witness to the Courts.

David has many years of experience promoting development projects UK wide ,including as a strategic adviser to premier development companies and major landowners.

A distinctive claim to fame is that he has skied to both the North and South Poles. He is a Member of The Explorers Club of New York ,a Trustee of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, Chair of Dundee Heritage Trust, a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts .His home is now in the Scottish Borders.
